 Tさんが遊びに来てくれました。彼女はこれで2回目の明浜来訪、しかもこのたびは、ダンナさまとお子を連れて。自分たちを取り巻く状況や関係が途切れることなく変わり、また続いていることを、しみじみと実感するものです。 彼女と（わ）との面識が出来たのは、もう十数年も前のこと。ともに、ある海外ツアーの参加者でした。年齢もキャリアもまるで異なるのですが、それ以来のお付き合いで、コルカタにも遊びに来てくれました。僕たちの暮らしの節目々々、その歩み出しの場面にいつも立ち会ってくれているTさんが、家族を連れてきてくれたことがとても嬉しい。 Tさん家族は、今度、ダンナさまの実家のある田舎に移り住みます。これまで暮らしていた横浜の街なかを離れ、子育ての最良の場所として、沖永良部島を選びました。この家族を敬愛します。  横浜から沖永良部島への道中に、なんと明浜へ立ち寄ってくれました。みかん山も歓迎したのか、このところ一向に獲れなかった新鮮なシシ肉が手に入り、囲炉裏バーベキューもおこなうことができました。これも久しぶり。   かんまん部屋に二泊する間にたねっこにも参加。夫婦で鍼灸師ということで、その場で体を整える実演習もしたそうな。うらやましい。その頃、僕は甘夏の最後の収穫作業に追われていました。 また出会うのを楽しみに暮らしていきます。次は、できることなら、奄美の島で会いたいですね。 （ゆ） Tobby T-san visited us. It was the second time for her in Akehama, this time with her husband and son. Her visit made me realize that the condition around us and relationship with friends have been really changing continuously. She had met Wakana for the first time more than 10 years ago. Both were participants of a certain tour abroad. Their ages and careers were totally different, but since then they have been in touch. She visited us in Kolkata, too, and is the one who always visits and witnesses our development at new stages in different places. It was our greatest pleasure that now she had brought her family here. The family was going to move into the country where her husband is from. They had lived in Yokohama-city, but they had chosen Okinoerabu-island of Kagoshima prefecture as the best place to bring up their child; I'm really proud of their decision. Their visit to Akehama was, indeed, on the way to the island. Citrus fields must have welcomed them too because we luckily got fresh wild bore meats just the day they arrived. Then we could organized Irori-BBQ after a long break. (No wild bores had been hunted for a long time till then!) During their stay at Kanaman-beya for two nights, they joined Tanekko once. As they are both practitioners of Acupuncture & Moxibustion, in answer to the Tanekko members' request, they introduced easy stretching and exercises there, while I was so busy with the last harvesting of Amanatsu - I wish I could be there too! I'm looking forward to seeing them again. Hopefully, in their island next time. Yuki |
