 ありがたいことに、今年も神輿の担ぎ手をさせてもらいました。 神社へ上がってみると、一番乗りだったようです。早速賽銭を入れ、手を合わせます。 縁に座って待っていても体が冷えるので、境内をぶらぶらしていると、五つ鹿の太鼓の音が、神社のすぐ下の、大狩浜集落を歩いているのが聴こえてきました。「これは、いい。」 石階段を下りていって、鹿を出迎えることにしました。スケッチは、そのときのもの。 宵祭りの舞が披露された石階段の前で、最後の鳥居をくぐる前に、踊りが披露されます。神輿を担ぐのは三度目ですが、この舞を見るのは初めてでした。 かんまん部屋プロジェクトが始まって、ずっと休みなく過ごしていたため疲れが溜まっていました。上手くいかず、この年は落ち込むことばかりで、いまいち気分が晴れないままでしたが、すべて吹き飛んでしまう。これが祭りというものでしょうか。 友人も楽しんでくれたようで、何より。 （ゆ） Dears I'm proud that I could be one of carriers of Mikoshi, portable shrine, this year again. I was the first one who reached the shrine at the top of the hill in the morning. I threw some coins at the shrine and joined my hands in prayer. I could wait for the others to come while sitting on porch of the shrine, but it made me feel cold. So, I was strolling in the premises. Soon, I heard the sound of drums of "five dears" passing just down the shrine. "This is good" I said to myself and went down the stone steps to see the "five dears". This is the sketch I made then. "Five dears" perform a dance before crossing the final shrine gate, in front of stone steps where event of the evening was held. This was the first time I saw this performance though this is the third time I was a Mikoshi carrier. Since "Kanman-beya" project started, restless days had made me quite tired. Many things didn't work out well this year, that had made me feel blue, but this special performance and the atmosphere of it all blew it off. This could be the power of the festival. I'm glad that friends of us who were visiting us to see the festival seemed to have enjoyed, too. Yuki |
