 Okonomi-yaki is a kind of "vegetable pancake" - a thin and flat pancake with a lot of chopped cabbages and bits of meat, seafood and whatever you like! This is a good and easy party menu, and we had Okonomi-yaki party one night with Golpo-kko mothers and kids. Actually, when we had a pizza party last time, one of Golpo-kko kids requested me to organize Okonomi-yaki party next time. So, here we go! As the name "Okonomi (whatever you like)" says, we tried various toppings on each pancake. With many kids, it was such a noisy and hot dinner, and we ourselves were indeed like mixed vegetables on the pancake! Wakana お好み焼き 今夜は、お好み焼きパーティー。 簡単で楽しいので、皆でわいわいやるにはもってこいのメニューです。前回、ピザパーティーをした際に、「ごるぽっこ」の子どもの一人から「今度お好み焼きパーティーやってよ」とリクエストを受けていたのでした。さぁ、ではやりましょう、ということで早速実現。 その名の通り、色々なお好みの具材で何枚も作って楽しみました。子どもがわんさかいて、騒がしいやら暑いやら、私たち自身がお好み焼きになったかのようでした。 （わ） |
