We often receive a call from Mr. & Mrs U, who live 3-minutes-walk-away from our house, inviting us to join their dinner.
Mr. U is the man who hunts wild boars and shares the meat with us. Mrs. U is now my cooking teacher. She always gives not only fresh vegetables, meats, fruits, but also recipes for cooking them, which is really exciting and helpful!
It's amazing that they have such a huge and original network all over Japan and sell their agricultural products including citrus fruits and eggs. They seem very busy every day, but I can see that their teamwork is perfect. Moreover, what encourages us is that they always wish us success as a young-farmer-family in this area.
Today also, we have just come back from their house after having fully charged our motivation and stomachs.

ご近所さんの御夕飯
我が家は、歩いて3分のご近所さんである、U夫妻に、よく夕飯のお呼ばれを頂きます。
おっちゃんは、猪を獲ってはそのお肉をいつも分けてくれる、あの人です。おばちゃんは、今や私の料理の先生。いつも新鮮な野菜、お肉、果物などをくれるだけでなく、それらの料理法まで伝授してくれるので、本当に楽しいし有り難い。
この夫婦、驚くほど広いネットワークを日本中に持っていて、自分たちの農作物（柑橘や卵など）を販売してきています。毎日とても忙しそうなのですが、二人の息はぴったりのよう。さらに、いつも私たち若き就農者の一家の成功を心から願ってくれるので、勇気づけられています。
今夜もまた、御夕飯にお呼ばれして帰ってきました。お腹も、元気もいっぱいです。
