無茶々園が今後おこなっていくべき事業の４つの柱の中に、『地域福祉』があげられています。ここ数か月、主に地元女衆の有志が集まり、ときどき『地域福祉』について、この地域におけるビジョンや課題を話し合っています。
直接関連するものではありませんが、僕たちの考える暮らしなどについて簡単にまとめた『かんまん部屋構想』を作成し、先日の会議の際に、我が家から出席した（わ）が発表しました。同じく出席した女衆にも、僕たちがここでの暮らしを楽しんでいる、より楽しもうとしている様子は感じとってもらえたようです。
この構想に基づいて、というより構想が後追いしている、という方が適正かもしれませんが、かんまん部屋は少しずつ変化しています。
昨年末頃に引っ越してからは、片付け、床を作り、階段を取り付け、補強し、棚を作ったり、年末年始休みはフル活動、大掃除は三が日午前中までかけておこないました。今でも主に雨の日、雨上りで仕事がしづらいときに、少しずつ手を入れています。先日は庭をいじり、また別の棚を加えてみました。
あれもやらなきゃな、というものがあといくつか思い浮かびます。やっているうちに、また思い浮かぶでしょう。公共的な場所になっていくよう、少しずつ、取り掛かっていきます。

Kanman-beya dream
Muchachaen has four main projects that should be done from now on; one of them is "community welfare". Since the last few months, local women get together once a while to discuss the vision and challenges in this area regarding "community welfare".
I'm not sure whether it's directly related to the matter or not, but I've written up a "Kanman-beya dream(vision)" that is, the life style we dream about. When Wakana attended the meeting last time, she presented it to the other lady members, and they seemed to have been enjoying what we have been doing and trying to do.
Based on this vision - well, actually the explanation follows from what we've been doing and what has been happening with us, though Kanman-beya is indeed changing.
Since we moved here towards the end of 2010, we were preoccupied with so much work for this house like cleaning, building the floor upstairs, attaching a ladder, builing up certain places, making shelves, etc. New year holidays vanished just like that, and we continued cleaning even till the morning of 3rd Jan. Even now, I keep arranging bit by bit when it's raining, or after rains (when I can't go to the fields). I worked in the garden the other day and added some more shelves to the wall.
Here are still some more things that I need to do, and as I do more, the list will become longer. Let me develop Kanman-beya one by one so that it becomes a more public place.
