 Mr.F, our master carpenter from Hokkaido, brought his own pizza oven and made a long shopping list for the first Pizza Party at Kanman-beya. He prepared pizza dough at noon and set up a simple big table in the afternoon at the site. When it started getting dark, he started making various kinds of pizza. We enjoyed them one after another under the stars. Masayang guys joined, and one of them was talented enough to warm the party up playing the guitar and sang songs. I was happy that genova sauce that I'd made and stocked in the freezer worked quite well, and I'm going to learn pizza making from Mr. F for the future. Wakana   今宵はピッザで 北海道からはるばる来てくれているF棟梁は、自分のピザ釜を持っています。この日は、第一回目の「かんまん部屋」でのピザパーティーのために、長い買い物リストを作ってくれました。 昼にはピザ生地を捏ねて、午後は大きな簡易テーブルをこしらえて。ぼつぼつ暗くなる頃から、彼はいろんな種類のピザを焼き始めます。私たちは、アツアツのそれらを次から次へと頬張ります。 マサヤンハウスのメンバーも参加して、そのうちの一人は彼のギターと歌で盛り上げてくれました。 私も、ちょっと前に作ってとっておいたジェノバソースがピザで活躍して大喜び。今後のために、Fさんからピザづくりを習わなくては。 （わ）
