2012,05,01, Tuesday Project Spring -2 We often go to the park, where we can enjoy the greenness of leaves. The pink cheery blossoms are now over, and bright green young leaves are coming out. This is a good time to think about using the leaves for cooking! I chose leaves that are not too young and not too old, then soaked them in salt water for a few days. Then we made Sakura Mochi （cherry flavored soft sweet rice cake）with Golpo-kko kids and mothers. Busy spring never ends! Wakana プロジェクト・春　その２ 　よく行く公園では、青々した若葉でいっぱいです。ピンクの花が散った桜の木には、今度は明るい緑色の若い葉がどんどん出て来ています。 　となると、今度はこれらをどう料理しようかと考え始めてしまうもの。若すぎず、かといって固すぎない葉を選び数日間塩漬けにしました。そうして、「ごるぽっこ」の子どもや親たちと桜餅作り。忙しい春はまだまだ終わりません。 | かんまん部屋 | comments (0) | trackback (0) |
