2012,04,14, Saturday Project Spring Last week, we tried rice flour dumplings with strawberries and oranges, and this week tansy picking and tansy lunch...We are busy tasting spring! These days' Golpo-kko has become cooking projects with seasonal fruits and leaves. Dumplings looked colorful and fun, and tansy was fried this time. Oh, we made a dressing with Kabusu, a super sour citrus fruit, as well. Happy to be busy enjoying the flavor of the season! Wakana 　 プロジェクト・春 先週はイチゴ白玉にミカン白玉。そして今週は、ヨモギ摘みでヨモギ昼食。春を味わうのに大忙しです。 最近の「ごるぽっこ」では、季節の食材での食事作り企画が目白押し。白玉団子はカラフルで楽しく、ヨモギは今回は天ぷらにして楽しみました。そうそう、カブス（橙とも呼ばれます）を絞って特製ドレッシングも作りました。 季節の味を楽しむのに、喜んで大忙しです。 （わ） | かんまん部屋 | comments (0) | trackback (0) |
