 We made naan, famous as Indian bread, with the dutch oven for our snack. It was Golpo-kko this morning followed by potluck lunch party. I prepared naan dough one day before, then let kids make their favorite shapes. They loved playing with dough, and mothers were excited to see how dutch oven worked. This became a kind of debut of the dutch oven! Wakana ナン インド料理でよく知られるナンを、ダッチオーブンで作っておやつにしました。 午前中が「ごるぽっこ」の日だったので、そのまま持ち寄りランチが続きます。前の日に捏ねておいたナンの生地で、子どもたちに好きな形を作らせたら、やはり大喜び。お母さん達はダッチオーブンの働きぶりに大盛り上がりです。 これでやっと、我が家にずしりと座るダッチオーブン君がデビューを果たすことができました。 （わ） |
