Golpo-kko kids enjoy singing and dancing. We had the Elementary school girls with us today - they were so excited and danced with full energy!
As Christmas season is around the corner, we practiced Christmas songs such as "We wish you a merry Christmas" and "Silent night". I suggested mothers to sing these songs to themselves at home while cooking, doing laundry and so on. I know, from my experience, that kids indeed listen to their mothers' humming and get interested in singing together.
And it worked! In 7 days, they remembered those songs perfectly. Plus, there is a new mother and daughter duo, and the mother is good at teaching dancing. So now we have a dance instructor for whatever we practice. I enjoy watching every mother joining these activities in various ways.

「ごるぽっこ」の子どもたちは歌って踊るのが好きです。本日は飛び入り参加の小学生の女の子たちもいたせいか、いつもに増して張り切っておりました。
近頃はクリスマスも近いですし、「We wish you a merry Christmas」や「Silent night」などのクリスマスの歌を練習しています。皆で練習するのもいいのですが、お母さんたちにぜひ家事をしながらをぜひ鼻歌で歌って下さいなとお勧めしました。というのも（う）との経験から、子どもは親の鼻歌にすごく反応するのです。知らない曲を歌っていようものなら「それは何！？」とすぐに気づいて一緒に歌おうとするのが、面白い。
これが効果覿面で、次の週には皆しっかり歌えるようになっていました。さらに、最近加わってくれた新たな母子がいるのですが、このお母さんが振付を考えるのが大好きときたもので、これらの歌にかわいい踊りまでついたのでした。こんな風に、それぞれの親がいろんな関わり方をしていく様子を見ているのは、愉しいものです。
