 It was the last Kintaro-gathering of this fiscal year. As we did last year, we had a lunch party. We made rice balls and used "Tenpo-ya"'s catering service. "Tenpo-ya" is a local women group that usually caters elderly people who stay at home. I loved to order them because all members of "Tenpo-ya" are very health conscious and more than anything...it's so yummy! As we eat and chat, I set a slide show of photos taken at every Kintaro-gathering. We were amazed to see changes of own and others' kids in those photos. Yes, kids grow so fast. Maybe five, ten, and twenty years will fly quickly, too. In ten years, for example, how will I be like? I wish I could grow along with kids. Wakana 年度末金太郎 今年度最後の「金太郎」となりました。去年同様、今年も皆でランチパーティーです。 おにぎりは自分たちで作って、おかずは「天歩屋」さんにお願いしました。「天歩屋」とは、地元のおばちゃんたちのグループで、普段は在宅の高齢者のためにお弁当を作ったりしています。私が彼女たちにぜひお願いしたかったのは、健康な食事への意識が高い人たちであることと、そして何より食べながら思わずにんまり、おいしいのです。 食べている間、これまでの「金太郎」で撮った写真のスライドショーを上映しました。子どもたちの成長ぶりに驚きつつ、時間が経つのはなんて早いのだろうと思わずにはいられませんでした。この調子で、5年、10年、20年なんてあっという間なのでしょうね。そしたら例えば10年後、私はどうなっているのだろう？子どもたちと一緒に成長していたいと願っています。 （わ） |
