Many alive prawns have arrived in the morning, and then soon after Yuki's parents reached here.
Mom was the one who arranged prawns to be sent on this day so that she could cook for us. (She is an owner of Ramen shop in Tokyo and very good at cooking!)
It was the first time for them to meet Sukla, and also the first time to talk with our dear neighbors. It was a big event for our neighbors to have Yuki's parents, and they were so kind enough to organize wonderful dinner and lunch for them! Parents had been still a bit puzzled with our way of living and our carrer decision. However, I hope they felt something after meeting many enthsiastic and kind neighbors and deepen their understanding of this place.

両親、東京より来る
大量の生きた車エビが届いたのは午前中。そのすぐ後に、（ゆ）の両親が東京からやってきました。
調理もしてあげられるから、と自分の到着に合わせてエビを手配したのは母でした。（東京でラーメン屋を営む彼女は、とても料理が上手なのです。）
両親にとっては、（す）との初対面。そして、私たちのお世話になっている地域の人たちと話をするのも初めてです。（ゆ）の両親が来るとなれば一大事で、有り難いことに両親のために素敵な夕食会や昼食会を整ててくれました。私たちの生活や進路選択に未だにちょっと混乱のある両親。熱心で温かい地域の人たちに触れて、この場所への理解を深めてくれたのならいいのですが。
