This week, a huge progress has been made on the warehouse. Pillars are coated with Bengala, or Red Iron Oxide, which is a red pigment.
My S-auntie joined in the carpentry (because the baby hasn't arrived yet...!), and Ms. N from Kamedesign has been working with us since the 14th, too.
With these two energetic ladies, various work had been done, and more than that they have brought a cheerful atmosphere to the site.
Besides, four local tile workers have been working on the roof of the main building, so the project site is quite crowded these days.
Its early autumn already, and the big local festival season is around the corner. Let's see how much we can do before that.

かんまん部屋プロジェクト その７
今週は、離れの方の建物に目に見える成果がありました。柱たちに、弁柄（別名、酸化鉄赤）という赤色顔料の塗装が施されたのです。
子の誕生がまだなので、主婦助っ人で来てくれていたS叔母もはりきって大工仕事に参加。そして14日から来てくれている「かめ設計室」のNさんも現場で働いています。
二人の元気な女性大工を得て、色々な仕事が進んだだけではなく、仕事場に明るい雰囲気ももたらしてくれたのが何より素敵なことです。
それに加えて、母屋の屋根の上では4名の瓦職人さんたちが活躍中。というわけで、大人数の現場であります。
秋はもう始まっており、地域の一大秋祭りシーズンも目前。さて、祭りまでにどうなっていくのでしょうか。
