2010,09,08, Wednesday
 Who ever we meet outside, asks us about the renovation project and the baby. They also ask us about the people who are staying with us. And then, many of them send food/vegetable to cheer us up. A large plate of food was brought by a local woman's group a few days ago, and our neighbor gave us pieces of young swine (suckling pig/piglet) meat!  Thanks to the supporters of the Kanman-beya project, we are receiving not only various types of food, but also kindness from our neighbors. Two of the guests, M and S have already left. Ah, they worked so much and I can't tell how much they have helped us spiritually and practically. We hope that we can welcome them again with the renovated house and new born baby. Wakana 差し入れ 外でご近所さんに会うと、決まって改修作業と生まれそうな赤子のことを聞かれます。それから、我が家に集まっている助っ人たちのことも。それで、そんなご近所さんの多くが、「頑張れや～」とおかずや野菜を届けてくれるのです。 先日は、地元のかあちゃんグループが、大皿一杯のおかずを差し入れてくれました。それからまた別の日は、若い猪の肉をくれたので、皆でカツを楽しみました。 「かんまん部屋プロジェクト」のメンバーのおかげで、私たちはおいしい食べ物だけでなく、改めてご近所さんの親切にも触れています。 そんなプロジェクトのメンバーのうちの二人、MとSはすでに帰路につきました。あぁ、よく働く二人だったなぁ。精神的にも実質的にも、どんなに助かったことか。今度はぜひ、出来上がった「かんまん部屋」と生まれた赤子と共にお迎えしたいものです。 （わ）
