西予市の観光・物産情報を配信する『せいよ観光物産サイト』というものがあります。
このサイトを運営する西予市観光協会から「取材させてほしい」との連絡があったのは8月下旬のこと。取材後、このサイトに掲載されるのだそうです。僕たちはこれまで明浜どっぷりという感じだったので、同じ西予市内でも他の地区の人との交流はかえって珍しく、その意味でも嬉しい問い合せです。 西予市観光協会から来た2名は、僕たちと同年代の女性でした。西予市を離れた経験があるとのことで、田舎というものの捉え方や考え方に、僕たちと通じ合うところも多いようです。 かんまん部屋の囲炉裏を前にして、これまでのこと、そのキャリアとの向き合い方などを中心に話し、ときにはこちらから質問させてもらいながらおしゃべりしていると、あっという間に時間切れになっていました。もっとゆっくりしていってもらえればよかったのですが、それはまた今度ということで、定番の囲炉裏ピザにお誘いしました。 『せいよ物産サイト』に掲載された記事はこちら。取材の日、かんまん部屋の前の小川に流れ込んでいた、大きなクラゲのことも載っていました。小川をのぞき込んでいるこの後頭は、（う）に違いありませんね。 （ゆ） Guests from the local There is a website named "Seiyo Tourism Products Site" that introduces information about tourism and local products of Seiyo city. It was late August when we heard from Seiyo City Tourism Association, which organizes this website, that they wanted to interview us. We welcomed them because we really didn't know about people of other areas within Seiyo City (we had been too involved only in Akehama!). The interviewers were two women who were around our age. Both had experience of staying away from Seiyo city before, and seemed like we had something in common about understanding of the countryside of Japan. Time flew as we chatted. Around the Irori-fire place of Kanman beya, we talked about what we have been thinking and doing, and sometimes we asked them some questions, too.
