We invited our neighbors for the BBQ with Irori, who helped us breaking the clay wall of the annex house at the very begining of the renovation project.
It was quite experimental for us because it was totally the first time to organize the BBQ dinnew party here.
Experimental in a sence of the aount of foods to prepare, timing, how much smoke stays at house afterwards,
how kids behave around Irori etc...
The guests brought some dishes, and we spent a good time eating and chatting.
It was alos good to know that all the smell of BBQ stays at our sleeping space at the upstairs....!!

初めてのBBQ
近所の何名かを夕食に招待して、初めて囲炉裏でBBQをしました。この改修プロジェクトの初期に、離れの土壁壊しを手伝ってくれた人たちです。
ここでBBQをするのは初めての試みで、実験的な要素が多分にありました。というのも、どれくらいの食料を用意したらいいのか、時間帯はこれでいいのか、煙が家の中でどのように動くのか、など学ぶべきことがたくさんあったからです。
お客さんも料理を持ち寄ってくれたりして、とても楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。それから、BBQの臭いが二階の寝ている部屋に完全に集まってこもってしまうことが発覚したのも、いい発見・・・だったでしょうか。ははは
改めて、改修を手伝ってくれた皆さん、どうもありがとうございました！
